WhatsApp sometime took off its text status updates. Fast forward to today, we are seeing that Whatsapp is putting things together to bring back the text status feature. The text status was particularly one important feature which gave a user the ability to tell others how available he was (something like “text only” in his profile). It was quite disturbing when we saw WhatsApp replacing this feature. The replacement WhatsApp brought in was kind of the stories we have in Snapchat. But this replacement was almost interpreted as overbearing for many of us WhatsApp users didn’t want this stories feature;
