Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is set to pass on bringing back Patrice Evra from Juventus.
Evra himself is up for a second spell at the club.
But the Manchester Evening News says the Red Devils have no plans to sign him.
That is because Mourinho has big plans for Luke Shaw.
The 21-year-old has struggled for form and fitness since arriving from Southampton for £27m in 2014.
But Mourinho is convinced he is the real deal.
